Are the products ready-made or made to order?
Some products may be available in stock, while others may be printed after the order is received. Product availability and estimated print time are shown on each product page where possible.
Can I choose the colour?
Many items can be printed in different colours. If the colour option is not listed, then it is not available or not currently in stock.
Can I request a custom 3D print?
Yes. You can use our Custom Quote form to send an STL, OBJ, 3MF file, image, sketch or idea. We will review the request and let you know if it can be printed.
What material do you use?
Most products are printed with PLA unless stated otherwise. Some practical parts may use PETG or another material when extra durability is needed.
Are 3D printed products perfect?
3D printed items may have small layer lines or minor surface marks from the printing process. These are normal for 3D printed products and make each item slightly unique.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the size, colour, material and order queue. Small items may be completed quickly, while custom or large prints may take longer.
