Change of mind
Because many 3D printed products are made to order or customised, we may not be able to accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Custom products
Custom printed items, personalised products and products printed from customer-supplied files may not be refundable unless they are faulty, damaged or significantly different from what was agreed.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and advise the next step.
Incorrect item
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can arrange a suitable solution.
Normal 3D printing marks
Small layer lines, minor seams and slight surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not usually considered faults.
