This page explains our general shipping process for 3D printed products. Please read it carefully.

Processing time

Many 3D printed products are made to order. Processing time depends on stock availability, print time, colour selection and current order queue. Product pages may show an estimated print time where available.

Australia delivery

At this stage, checkout is set up for Australian customers only. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, we will send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout.

Local pickup

If local pickup is offered, details will be shown during checkout or arranged after your order is confirmed.

Delays

Delivery times can be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather events or high order volume. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address.
